Description

GTEK's LY Shaking Table/ Gold Shaking Table is suitable for technical research and development of laboratories in schools, colleges and universities. It can also be used as a gravity equipment in pilot plant or small scale mineral processing plant. The effect of LY Shaking Table is almost same as that of big size shaking table.

The deck is build of aluminum. There are two distinct deck designs available. The sand ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized below 0.2mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074mm to 2mm.  LY Shaking Table features high enrichment ratio, compact structure and reliable operation.

Working Principle

Shaking Table is comprised of head motion, deck, feed and water box and base. The deck is mounted on the supporting base that allows the table to slide along the long axis of the table. A acrylic feed distributing box with hopped and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

The head motion is attached to the table, and it moves the table along the long axis. This reciprocal movement is faster on the reverse stroke than it is on the forward stroke. This shaking movement helps transport the concentrates or heavy material to the concentrate end of the table.

A very important operating variable of a shaking table is the tilt adjustment. Normally, the feed side is lower, and the concentrate end is higher on the table which creates an upward slope where the heavy material will ascend, while the light density material will not, and consequently, flow over the riffles.

The gravity concentrating tables remove the high density material from the low density material, since the high density material will reside behind the riffles and allow the low density material to flow over of the riffles with the wash water, to the tailing discharge.
